Noon Notes is a popular ETSO concert week program instituted in 1993 to provide interested patrons a more up-close and personal interaction with the Maestro and guest artists.

Beginning at noon on the Friday before a concert, the hour-long program will be held at the Choir Room at Green Acres Baptist Church, 1607 Troup Hwy., Tyler, Texas 75701. (Interactive Driving Map)

Noon Notes attendees should park in the parking lot on Barbara Street and enter the building through Door #7.  Take a left and the choir room will be on the left. 

Concert devotees who wish to enjoy lunch while attending Noon Notes are encouraged to bring their own from home or take advantage of the several take-out options offered by near-by eateries. You are, of course, welcome to attend without eating.

Those in attendance will delight in fascinating dissertations on repertoire, composers, and instrumentation by Per Brevig coupled with musical excerpts and input from the guest artists. Enhance your concert experience through this special forum.

The dates for Noon Notes are:

            * There will be no Noon Notes scheduled for the week of the February 23, 2008 concert due to the prodution                 of the School Concerts on Friday, February 22, 2008.
