Ticket Policies

Ticket Exchanges
Subscribers have full exchange privileges and can exchange their tickets for any other ETSO concert in the current season. Subscribers must exchange in person or by mail. All exchanges are subject to availability and a $2.00 per ticket exchange fee. Exchanges must be made at least 27 hours prior to the performance you are exchanging from.

Complete one of the Ticket Exchange Cards included in your season ticket packet. Mail or bring the card with your tickets and the $2.00 per ticket exchange fee to the ETSO offices, 522 S. Broadway, Suite 101, Tyler, TX 75702 by 4:30 p.m. the Friday before the concert you are unable to attend. Seats will be assigned as best available in the same seating area of the hall as your current subscription seats. If exchanging by mail, please note that you new tickets will not be mailed, but will be available for pick-up at Will Call the evening of the performance.

Ticket Donations
All ticket sales are final. If you are unable to use your tickets for any reason, consider exchanging them or donating them back to ETSO prior to the concert you are missing. We will mail you a tax-deductible receipt upon your request.

Lost Tickets
If you are a subscriber, or if you have purchased single tickets, just call ETSO, 903-526-3876, and we will issue a replacement pass, which you can pick up the evening of the concert. ETSO box office opens at 6:00 p.m. inside the Cowan Center Lobby.

Child Attendance Policy
As a courtesy to all patrons, children under the age of six will not be admitted to ETSO concerts. All ages are welcome at our annual Family concert, (not a part of the Subscription package) or the Open Dress Rehearsals the afternoon of concert performances.

Fragrance Policy
Many people have scent sensitivities or are highly allergic to perfumes. Because a concert experience places people in an enclosed environment, please use perfumes, cologne, after-shave and scented lotions in moderation.

Cameras and Recording Equipment
Cameras and recording equipment are not allowed in the concert hall. Unauthorized recording or picture-taking (including camera phone images) are prohibited.
